Allen Bradley 1771-IV

Upgrading old lines often hits a wall when input nodes run out of space. The Allen Bradley 1771-IV handles this with 16 dedicated channels, letting you hook up all your on-site sensors quickly. It works with the matching terminal block for true plug-and-play swaps, no wiring teardown needed. Hanyite Automation Technology has brand new units in stock. Work with a trusted supplier and buy directly. Skip the long lead times and get your line back up and running right away.

When the digital quantity acquisition nodes of the old production line are saturated, installing the Allen Bradley 1771-IV can quickly take over the feedback signals from proximity switches and relays by using 16 DC input channels. This module is wide-voltage compatible with 10 to 30 volts DC power supply, is extremely insensitive to fluctuations in the workshop power grid, and adopts the 1771-WI detachable terminal block design.

During fault replacement, the body can be replaced without re-wiring, thus eliminating the cumbersome daily maintenance tasks such as dust removal and moisture removal, allowing the machines that are stopped and waiting for materials to quickly resume operation.

Hanyite Automation Technology currently has brand new spare parts in stock. Find the right supplier and directly purchase. Completely avoid the cumbersome daily maintenance tasks such as dust removal and moisture removal, and enable the stopped and waiting machines to quickly resume operation.

What It Delivers

In production lines where multiple devices are operating collaboratively, local signal collection lag often causes the entire process to come to a standstill. This module, through low-threshold threshold design and high-density channel configuration, can take over the status feedback of a large number of on-site proximity switches and sensors at once, without the need for frequent expansion of the rack to meet the input requirements of complex logic.

Especially in drive stations with strong electromagnetic interference, the injection-type input circuit of Allen Bradley 1771-IV can effectively shield the erroneous touch signals caused by induced electromotive force, ensuring the absolute purity of the physical signals transmitted to the controller.

Value for Your Process

Signal response gets snappier on the line, so equipment switches and process steps flow without lag.

Voltage spikes on the shop floor don’t rattle it, so unexpected control node downtime drops way down.

No more swapping out flimsy peripherals all the time, which cuts parts orders and routine checks big time.

Hooks right into older PLC systems, no full tear-down needed when you upgrade old machines.

Field signals stay clean all the way to the processor, so false commands and misfires never happen.

Built to last, the Allen Bradley 1771-IV has run thousands of cycles with barely any aging, keeping your line humming for years.

How It Connects & Operates

The module directly communicates with the processor baseboard through the back connector. During configuration, one only needs to map the corresponding address in the ladder logic to read the on-site status. There is no need for cumbersome conversion between software and hardware parameters.

When external circuit signals are connected, the status indicator lights on the panel will light up immediately, allowing maintenance personnel to identify at a glance which sensor line is disconnected or open circuit near the cabinet door. This straightforward physical interaction feedback significantly lowers the troubleshooting threshold.

Moreover, the Allen Bradley 1771-IV, combined with the plug-and-unplug terminal block design, ensures that the peripheral wiring remains in place during module replacement, making the entire disassembly, assembly, and power-on process smooth and without any interference.
